Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Polish Post.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
The cost of shipping depends on the weight and delivery location. The total cost of the delivery of an order will be displayed in the summary.
Estimated delivery time:
The delivery time depends on your chosen method of delivery. We ship with Global Express (with tracking number) or Polish Post (Priority mail - only parcel number).
- Europe about 5-10 workdays
- Asia and USA/Canada about 10-15 workdays
- Australia and Oceania about 12-20 workdays
We cannot group multiple distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Please be aware - orders will be dispatched to the address associated with your PayPal account, so ensure this is the correct address. Mistakes cannot be rectified after the order is dispatched.
